A new week doesn't necessarily ask us to become a new person. Sometimes it simply gives us another seven days to notice what is already changing within us, and to make slightly better choices with that awareness.

I'm using a deck this time where the Major Arcana carry Hindu representations; The Emperor as Shiva, The Hierophant as Durga, and Justice as Ram. I enjoy this added layer because the familiar tarot archetypes are accompanied by symbols that carry a different cultural and philosophical resonance. As with the earlier readings, each option pairs one Major Arcana for reflection with one Minor Arcana for action, a larger idea to contemplate, followed by a way to bring it into everyday life.

So rather than asking "What is going to happen this week?", let's ask:

"What deserves a little more awareness from me this week?"

Take a moment. Don't overthink your choice. Notice which pair you feel naturally drawn towards.

Option 1: The Emperor + Nine of Swords

The Card Focus: Stillness Before Structure

The Emperor represents structure, discipline, responsibility, boundaries, and the ability to create order. The Nine of Swords brings attention to worry, mental overload, rumination, and the thoughts that can become heavier when we don't give ourselves enough space to process them.

Together, they offer a surprisingly practical lesson; you cannot build a stable external life while constantly fighting an unstable internal rhythm.

Awareness isn't a one-time achievement. It is a daily practice. The more consciously we observe ourselves, the sharper our perception becomes, and perception eventually gives birth to better ideas, better decisions, and better systems. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop pushing. Your body has constraints. Your brain needs recovery. Your circadian rhythm matters. Rest isn't a failure to perform; it is part of the biological system that makes performance possible.

How to manage time?

Respect your biological clock where possible, align demanding work with your natural periods of alertness and protect adequate rest. Don't confuse urgency with importance, not every demand of now deserves you sacrificing your balance.

How to manage space?

Create a place for stillness, give yourself somewhere; physically or mentally, where you don't have to solve anything. Build systems and processes, not pressure. If something repeatedly overwhelms you, redesign the process instead of repeatedly demanding more from yourself.

How to manage energy?

Observe the mind before obeying it. A worried thought is information, not an instruction.

Allow old habits to retire, every genuine reformation requires something old to end so that a better system can take its place.

You have a long task list and feel guilty about taking an evening off.

Instead of working until exhaustion, you stop at a reasonable time, sleep properly, and return the next morning with a clearer mind.

💬 Bubble of the week

"Rest is not a retreat from my responsibilities. It is part of the structure that allows me to carry them well."

Option 2: The Hierophant + Ace of Swords

The Card Focus: Courage to Walk With the Unknown

The Hierophant represents wisdom, values, tradition, learning, mentorship, and the frameworks through which we make meaning. The Ace of Swords represents clarity, truth, decisive thought, and the courage to see something as it is.

Together, these cards ask us to examine, what we believe and whether those beliefs are helping us become better human beings. Strength isn't only about becoming more powerful. It is about learning how to use power with morality.

You may feel drawn toward new challenges, unfamiliar experiences, or perspectives that don't fit neatly into what you already understand. They don't necessarily need to be treated as random interruptions. They can become part of the chain of experiences through which your understanding evolves. And sometimes, if you genuinely want to understand the opposite perspective, you don't have to defeat your fear of it first.

How to manage time?

Give difficult ideas time, don't reject a perspective simply because your first reaction is discomfort.

Choose learning over instant certainty, some questions deserve exploration before conclusions.

Having patience is an underrated strength and pauses build patience.

How to manage space?

A strong environment doesn't require everyone to think alike. Create room for opposing perspectives. Choose conversations that expand understanding. Seek people who challenge your thinking without diminishing your dignity. Walk with them, listen to them, understand where they come from. You don't have to agree with everything you understand.

How to manage energy?

Let courage coexist with fear. Being afraid doesn't mean you shouldn't proceed.

Use your voice for the greater good. The strongest position isn't always the loudest one; sometimes it is the one that creates a better outcome for everyone involved.

A colleague proposes an approach you strongly disagree with.

Instead of immediately defending your own idea, you ask them to explain their reasoning.

You discover one part of their perspective you hadn't considered. You don't have to abandon your position, though now your decision is better informed.

That's intellectual courage.

💬 Bubble of the week

"I don't need to be fearless to move forward. I only need the courage to walk beside what I don't yet understand."

Option 3: Justice + Knight of Wands

The Card Focus: Give, Lead & Learn to Let Go

Justice represents fairness, accountability, truth, balance, and consequences. The Knight of Wands brings movement, enthusiasm, courage, ambition, and the willingness to act.

Together, they create an interesting leadership lesson; "Move boldly, but don't lose your sense of fairness while moving quickly." Giving isn't necessarily losing. When you give without keeping a hidden account of what you expect in return, you gain something less tangible but often more valuable; alignment with yourself.

True growth and effective leadership come from self-reflection, discernment, and systemic thinking rather than a constant need for external validation or immediate results. Strong leaders must strike a careful balance between open-mindedness and critical thinking, remaining receptive to valuable lessons from others while fiercely resisting manipulation. Ultimately, impactful leadership shifts away from trying to do everything yourself toward empowering the organization as a whole through intelligent delegation, people development, and system optimization.

How to manage time?

Act where action matters, don't spend an entire day discussing something that simply requires a decision. Delegate deliberately, your capacity grows when you stop treating personal involvement as the only measure of responsibility.

How to manage space?

Build spaces where people can contribute. A good leader doesn't create dependency; they create capability. Make accountability visible, clear ownership reduces confusion and unnecessary friction.

How to manage energy?

Do something useful because it reflects your values, not because you need recognition.

Give without keeping score. Balance objectivity with subjectivity. Data tells you what is happening; lived experience can help you understand what it means.

You delegate an important task to someone on your team. They don't execute it exactly the way you would have. Instead of taking it back immediately, you evaluate the actual outcome, give useful feedback, and allow them to improve. You haven't lost control. You've multiplied capability.

💬 Bubble of the week

"I can give without losing, lead without controlling, and learn without feeling diminished. Fairness makes strength sustainable."

🎵 Tarot song suggestion,

Pharrell Williams - Happy (Official Video)

💭 One Monday Bubble to Carry With You

True growth mirrors the great oak; it is not found in a ceaseless reach for the sun, but in the quiet seasons when it sheds its heavy leaves, drops its roots deep into the dark, and lets the surrounding earth share the burden of the storm.

Happy Living :)
