Monday - Weekly Bubbles

How do we actually move to the next level? Not necessarily by doing more, but by becoming more aware of what we carry, what we repeat, and what we are ready to change.
This week, we're looking at our current reality through three different decks; once again not to predict what comes next, but to create a little space to understand ourselves better and notice what may need a different response.
For each set, one Major Arcana card has been chosen as a mirror for self-reflection, accompanied by two cards from two other decks. Together, they offer three different angles to explore what we're feeling, noticing, and ready to act upon.
Take a moment and ask yourself.
“What part of me needs reflection, and what part of me is ready for action?”
Choose the set that naturally draws your attention, and don’t forget to play your Tarot Track after the reading to set the perfect vibe for the week ahead.

Option 1: The Chariot — Ganesha + Six of Swords + Eight of Swords

The Card Focus: Know Which Battles Are Yours
The Chariot, represented here through Ganesha, brings movement, direction, determination, and the ability to navigate obstacles. The Six of Swords speaks of moving away from mental turbulence, while the Eight of Swords brings attention to the internal battles created by fear, assumptions, and overthinking. Together, this set asks us to look at what we are actually carrying. Sometimes we become so involved in solving other people's battles that we unknowingly make them our own. The more energy we spend fighting battles without understanding them, the less clearly we see our own. The way forward begins with self-acceptance: allowing emotions to exist without immediately judging or fixing them. Every emotion can become useful information if we ask why it arrived, what triggered it, and what remains after it passes.
How to manage time?
Give yourself 10–15 minutes before responding to an upsetting message, don't reply immediately. Use a “mine/not mine” list. Write down what you are responsible for today and what belongs to someone else.
Finish one thing before rescuing another, complete your own priority before jumping into someone else's emergency.
How to manage space?
Leave difficult conversations physically, if a discussion becomes emotionally charged, take a short walk before continuing. Reduce interruptions; close unnecessary tabs and mute chats that aren't relevant to your immediate work. Give your thoughts somewhere to go. Simply keep your Notes app pinned as an important widget on your phone, so it’s always just a tap away.
How to manage energy?
Name the emotion before acting. “I'm angry.” “I'm anxious.” “I'm feeling rejected.” Then decide what actually needs to be done. Ask before solving, “Do you want me to listen, help, or take action?”. Check the facts, Before defending yourself or someone else, make sure you understand the entire situation.
A colleague is struggling with a conflict and expects you to intervene. You listen, understand the situation, and realise that while you can support them, the conflict itself belongs to them. You don't become indifferent. You simply stop carrying a battle that isn't yours.
💬 Bubble of the day
“I choose the battles that are mine and allow others the dignity of fighting their own.”

Option 2: The Fool + Nine of Wands + Eight of Cups
The Card Focus: Let Movement Create Clarity

The Fool brings openness, new perspectives, movement, and the courage to step beyond what is familiar. The Nine of Wands speaks of resilience and the instinct to protect what we've already survived, while the Eight of Cups asks us to recognise when something has reached its emotional completion. This combination brings us back to the relationship between action and emotion. Sometimes our actions create emotional friction because we keep doing things that have already served their purpose. Attachment to belonging, ownership, familiarity, or past investment can keep us grounded, however it can also prevent us from seeing the whole picture. Movement creates information. Sometimes we don't know what we actually want until we change our environment, routine, perspective, or behaviour. The lesson is not to walk away from everything that becomes difficult. It is to learn the difference between perseverance and attachment.
How to manage time?
Reassess where your time is going and stop giving equal attention to things that no longer deserve it. Leave some room in your schedule for exploration, change, and the unexpected.
How to manage space?
Remove one thing you've outgrown. Change your routine; work in some place different, take another route, or introduce one unfamiliar activity. Give away something that has served its purpose and would be more useful to someone else. Hoarding things creates clutter, pass it on.
How to manage energy?
Ask the sunk-cost question. “If I hadn't already invested in this, would I choose it today?” Notice what repeatedly drains you. Don't automatically label exhaustion as a lack of discipline. Try without overcommitting; a new course, hobby, workflow, or collaboration can simply be an experiment.
You have continued working on a project because you've already invested months into it, even though its purpose has changed. Instead of asking how much you've already invested, ask, “What would I choose if I were deciding today?”. That answer can reveal whether you're continuing because it still matters, or because you're attached to what it once meant, find the momentum through the meaning.
💬 Bubble of the day
“I can honour where I've been without being required to stay there. Movement gives me new information.”

Option 3: The High Priestess + King of Wands + King of Cups
The Card Focus: Turn Awareness Into Mastery

The High Priestess brings intuition, observation, inner knowing, and the wisdom that becomes clearer when we stop creating noise. The King of Wands represents purposeful action and leadership, while the King of Cups represents emotional maturity and the ability to hold feelings without being controlled by them. This is the strongest call in today's reading to observe before acting. Your heart can be an oracle, but intuition becomes useful when it meets observation, experience, intellect, and evidence. The goal isn't to choose emotion over logic. It is to let both participate in the decision. The next level is rarely achieved through intensity alone. It comes from learning to convert awareness into better systems, decisions, boundaries, and habits.
How to manage time?
Keep one uninterrupted hour. No messages, meetings, or scrolling; use it for your most important work. Delay non-urgent emotional decisions. Give yourself a night before sending the difficult email or making a major decision. Review your week, spend 10 minutes asking what repeatedly gave you energy and what repeatedly consumed it.
How to manage space?
Put information in one place. Keep important notes, decisions, finances, and tasks organised rather than scattered across apps and messages. Reduce digital noise, turn off non-essential notifications during focused work. Create a thinking space; a chair, balcony, walk, or quiet coffee can become your regular place for reflection.
How to manage energy?
Trust, then verify, if something feels wrong, investigate it before reacting. Don't send the message yet. Write the emotional response, wait, reread it, and decide whether it actually needs to be sent. Delegate one task, if someone else can reasonably own it, let them. End the day properly; close your work, note tomorrow's priorities, and stop mentally working after you've stopped physically working.
You repeatedly find yourself overwhelmed by the same type of task. Instead of becoming better at surviving the chaos, you ask; “Why does this keep happening?”. You create a process, automate part of it, delegate another part, and reserve your own attention for the work that genuinely requires you. That's moving to the next level; not doing more, but operating better.
